PRIME owns and invests, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing office real estate markets in the United States, as well as real estate-related assets. The Trust objective is to achieve long-term growth in distributions per unit and net asset value per unit (NAV) while maintaining a robust capital structure. PRIME offers investors exposure to a high portfolio of 14 Class A freehold office properties which are strategically-located in 13 key United States office markets. The properties include Tower I at Emeryville, 222 Main, Village Center Station I, Village Center Station II, 101 South Hanley, Tower 909 Promenade I & II, CrossPoint, One Washingtonian Center, Reston Square, 171 17th Street, Park Tower, Sorrento Towers and One Town Center.
