Strong Quarter: Eolus delivered its second-best quarter ever, with Q4 net sales and profit boosted by a major US project milestone payment.
Major US Project: SEK 705 million milestone payment from the Centennial Flats solar and battery project in Arizona drove results.
Dividend Unchanged: The Board proposes a SEK 2.25 per share dividend for 2024, the same as last year.
New Targets: Eolus set new 2025–2027 goals, focusing on value over volume, including SEK 1.4 billion EBIT and a higher 15% return on equity target.
Active Project Pipeline: Several projects in Sweden, the US, Finland, Latvia, and Spain are advancing, with more sales and construction starts expected in 2024 and 2025.
Sales Model: Eolus remains mostly asset-light but may build select projects through construction for higher value.
Market Headwinds: Offshore wind faces challenges, so Eolus is proceeding cautiously; interest remains strong for onshore wind, solar, and battery projects.
Share Buyback: There is a mandate for share buybacks, but none executed so far due to capital needs; approach may change after the Pome project closes.
