Revenue Decline: Group sales were approximately SEK 1.6 billion, down about 10% year-over-year, mainly due to lower headcount and ongoing challenging market conditions.
Margins Down: Adjusted EBITA margin fell to 6.6% from 7.7% last year, reflecting weaker demand and the inability to fully offset salary increases with higher billing rates.
Utilization Improving: Utilization rates continued to improve across most business areas, especially in Solutions, while Experience stabilized.
Order Book Growth: The order book increased from Q4, with new agreements signed, but positive effects have not yet fully appeared in reported figures.
Cost Controls: Headcount reductions have stopped, and the company is cautiously shifting to targeted recruitment in growth areas like defense and cybersecurity.
Segment Trends: Solutions saw solid performance; Connectivity struggled with telco demand; Experience stabilized; Insight had mixed results, with defense and cybersecurity strong but traditional consulting weak.
Stable Financial Position: Net debt leverage is at 1.2x, well within the company’s target of not exceeding 2x.
