CI Systems (Israel) Ltd. engages in the development, production, marketing, and sale of electro-optic equipment and systems. The Electro-Optical (e-o) Test Systems division develops and commercializes military-standard e-o test equipment, for all stages in the product life cycle, ranging from standard off-the-shelf components to fully customized test systems. The Semiconductor division offers metrology solutions for the semiconductor processing industry, develops and commercializes non-contact temperature monitors and in-line process analyzers. The Company’s subsidiary, BeamWorks, develops electronic card assemblies using lasers as a production tool, and operates an automated multi-process assembly system for printed circuit boards. CI Systems (Israel) Ltd., a holding of CI Technologies Inc, Delaware, maintains a wholly owned sales and manufacturing facility, a network of sales representatives worldwide, and a research and development facility in Israel.
