Moreover, it is engaged in the real estate industry through house and office leasing activities. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Petrolimex. As of the same date, it had five subsidiaries and one affiliate. Effective June 13, 2013, Petrolimex has transferred its ownership of the Company to Petrolimex Tanker Corporation.
