Revenue: Q3 revenue was EUR 853 million, above the midpoint of guidance, with core portfolio growth of about 6% year-over-year at constant currencies.
Semiconductor Growth: Core semiconductor business grew approximately 9% year-over-year on a comparable basis, showing strong performance despite currency headwinds.
Profitability: Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 19.5%, up nearly 1 percentage point year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter, supported by a EUR 10 million one-off gain from asset sales.
Cost Savings: Cost-saving program is ahead of plan, with EUR 185 million in run-rate savings by end of Q3; management expects to achieve the EUR 225 million goal ahead of schedule.
Cash Flow: Positive free cash flow of EUR 43 million in Q3, with full-year free cash flow expected to exceed EUR 100 million in Q4.
Q4 Outlook: Q4 revenues are expected between EUR 790 million and EUR 890 million, with adjusted EBITDA margin guidance of 17.5%, plus or minus 1.5 percentage points.
Design Wins: Design wins underpin midterm growth, with EUR 4 billion accumulated lifetime value in first 9 months and on track for EUR 5 billion for the year.
