SW Umwelttechnik Stoiser & Wolschner AG engages in the development and production of precast concrete parts for infrastructure projects. The company is headquartered in Klagenfurt Am Woerthersee, Kaernten. The company offers products and solutions in the fields of infrastructure, water conservation and environmental engineering. In the infrastructure segment, SW offers foundation parts; pillar systems; wall and ceiling elements; power masts; road confinement systems to reduce noise pollution, as well as safety and bridge systems for alpine roads, among others. Its water conservation products include protection for groundwater, rivers and lakes, products for wastewater treatment facilities, and products used in the conservation of drinking water reserves through recycling rainwater. In the field of environmental engineering, SW specializes in the production of municipal wastewater plants, drinking water supply, as well as the rental and sales of the Company’s facilities. In April 2014, the Company sold its business in Hungary and Romania, namely APA Economic News Service.
