The firm is principally engaged in the exploitation of the A4 motorway Katowice - Krakow section, adapting of the other existing sections of motorway to the standards of toll motorway, as well as participation in the selected tenders and executing the contracts for construction and exploitation of the successive motorway projects. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, forms the Capital Group of Stalexport Autostrady SA. A of December 31, The Group comprised: Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska SA, Biuro Centrum Sp. z o.o., Stalexport Autoroute S.a r.l and its subsidiaries, including Stalexport Autostrada Malopolska SA and Stalexport Transroute Autostrada SA, as well as affiliated company, Autostrada Mazowsze SA. Stalexport Autostrady SA's parent entity was Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A, which held a 60.63% stake in the capital of the Company.
