The firm was established as a result of a merger between Masters SA and WIKANA SA. As of December 31, 2011, it managed a capital group, which is comprised of Wikana Project Sp. z o.o. engaged in residential and commercial buildings development; Wikana Nieruchomosci Sp. z o.o. that manages several projects and special purpose companies engaged in the real estate development in Southern Poland; TBS Wikana Sp. z o.o. that manages real estate and Wikana Bioenergia Sp. z o.o., engaged in the renewable energy sector; and Multiserwis Sp. z o.o., engaged in the retail of shoes and leather goods. The Company’s real estate activity includes construction of multifamily houses in the Southern Poland, in such cities as Lublin, Rzeszow, Zamosc, Lancut and Krynica Zdroj, Krosno, Bilgoraj and Legnica. In May 2016, the Company was acquired by a unit of AgioFunds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA.
