Guidance Reaffirmed: ElringKlinger confirmed its 2025 guidance for organic sales at prior year levels, an adjusted EBIT margin around 5%, and operating free cash flow between 1% and 3% of revenue.
Transformation Progress: The SHAPE30 transformation and STREAMLINE cost-cutting programs are progressing, with initial personnel cost savings expected in 2026 and full impact by 2027.
Organic Sales Outperformance: Organic sales grew 2.2% year-to-date, outperforming the European market, which declined 1.7%.
Mixed Segment Performance: Aftermarket and Engineered Plastics delivered strong results, while the OE segment remained challenged due to market conditions and divestments.
E-Mobility Ramp-up: E-mobility projects are ramping, but a significant top-line contribution is not expected until 2026; Q4 will show only limited impact.
Cost & CapEx Discipline: CapEx is stabilizing and expected to normalize to 2%–4% of sales in the mid-term after a heavy investment phase.
Challenging Market Outlook: Management anticipates a weaker Q4 due to declining light vehicle production, especially in Europe and North America, but remains optimistic about long-term growth, particularly in e-mobility.
