Record quarter: Solaris said Q2 was a record-setting quarter, with revenue of approximately $219 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $108 million, both up sharply from Q1.
Guidance up: The company raised Q3 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $90 million to $105 million and introduced Q4 guidance of $100 million to $120 million.
Scope expands: Existing customers continued to expand contracts, with more balance of plant, batteries, operating services and gas management work added to deals.
GESA impact: Management said the GESA acquisition strengthens execution, broadens third-party services and adds meaningful upside in aftermarket and refurbishment work.
Demand strong: Solaris said demand for behind-the-meter and islanded power remains exceptionally strong, driven by data center demand, grid delays and regulatory pressure.
Balance sheet improved: The company completed $1.3 billion of senior unsecured notes and a $650 million revolver, ending the quarter with over $800 million of cash and a fully undrawn revolver.
