The Alkali Spring valley lithium project is located approximately 12 km northeast of Albemarle Corporation’s Silver Peak Lithium Brine operation in the Clayton Valley, near Silver Peak, Nevada. The Guayatoyoc project is located in northwestern Argentina. The company holds approximately 581,461 acres of lithium brine rights comprising the Fox Creek Property in west-central Alberta, Canada.
