The company went IPO on 2008-04-10. The Company’s principal operation is the 100% owned Moss Gold-Silver deposit (the Moss Mine) located in Mohave County, Arizona. The firm also has an option to obtain 100% interest in the Hercules Gold Project, located in Lyon County, Nevada. The Company’s Moss Mine Property is an epithermal, brecciated, low sulfidation quartz-calcite vein and stockwork system. The Moss mine extracts gold and silver from ore through heap leaching. The Hercules Gold Project is located in Lyon County Nevada approximately 40 kilometers to the southeast of Reno. The Project comprises of over 1,323 unpatented and approximately four patented lode mining claims, covering an area of approximately 10,000 hectares.
