The province extends from the southwestern United States of America into northwestern Mexico. The Xochipala Property comprises of the Celia Gene (100 hectares) and the contiguous Celia Generosa (93 hectares) concessions, which is located in the Municipality of Eduardo Neri, Guerrero, Mexico at the southern end of the Guerrero Gold Belt (GGB). The Xochipala Property lies approximately four kilometers southeast of the Los Filos mine, one kilometer from the town of Xochipala.
