The Company’s operations include Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine, Manaila-Carlibaba Project, Zagra Licences, Blueberry Gold Project and Chiadzwa Community Concession, Marange. Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine is located in the Apuseni Mountains, Transylvania, an area which hosts polymetallic and uranium mines. The project is approximately 50 kilometers (km) north-west of Romania’s Au-Cu mine, Rosia Montana and approximately 52 km north-west of Rosia Poieni. Manaila-Carlibaba Project, overs approximately 138.6 hectare, which is located at Iacobeni. Its Piciorul Zimbrului & Magura Neagra are known collectively as Zagra. The Zagra-Telciu area covers approximately 21 square kilometers (km2), which is located in the in Bistrita-Nasaud County of Romania. The Zagra-Telciu area covers approximately 10 km2 is located in the in Bistrita-Nasaud, Romania.
