Revenue: Cloudflare reported second-quarter revenue of $696.1 million, up 36% year over year, with management calling it an extremely strong quarter across the business.

Customer growth: The company ended with 4,698 customers paying more than $100,000 annually, up 27% year over year, and added a record 986 net large customers over the last 12 months.

Profitability: Gross margin improved to 73.1%, operating income was $96.1 million, and free cash flow rose to $56.4 million, with management saying it is ahead of its GAAP profitability target by 2028 at the latest.

AI shift: Management said nonhuman traffic has already passed human traffic on Cloudflare’s network and argued this is reshaping the Internet around agentic AI, micropayments, and new commerce models.

Workers momentum: The Workers developer platform remained a key growth driver, with Cloudflare saying it added nearly 2 million developers in Q2 and that Workers is now a meaningful contributor to revenue.

Outlook: Third-quarter revenue guidance was $736 million to $737 million, and full-year revenue guidance was raised to $2.864 billion to $2.870 billion, implying 32% growth for 2026.
