2025 Results: PostNL reported full-year 2025 normalized EBIT of EUR 53 million, matching last year and in line with outlook, with revenue up and strong Q4 performance.
Dividend: Management proposed a dividend of EUR 0.04 per share for 2025, to be paid in one payment in May 2026 under a slightly updated dividend policy.
Mail Segment: Exceptional government and pension communication and a successful Christmas card campaign drove strong Mail results in Q4, turning a YTD loss into a small annual profit.
Cost Control: Targeted yield measures and cost savings in both Parcels and Mail offset organic cost increases, despite ongoing labor inflation.
2026 Guidance: For 2026, PostNL expects normalized EBIT between EUR 40 million and EUR 70 million, free cash flow between 0 and minus EUR 30 million, and revenue growth of 5% to 7%.
Strategic Transition: 2026 is framed as an ‘inflection year’ as PostNL transitions Mail to a D+2 model and migrates letterbox parcels to the e-commerce network, with expected negative short-term impact but margin accretion by 2027.
Investments & CapEx: CapEx for 2026 is guided at EUR 125 million, focused on growth initiatives, ESG, and IT improvements.
Market Share: Management expects continued slight market share loss in e-commerce as it prioritizes value over sheer volume.
