The company went IPO on 2015-05-22. The Company’s segment includes AFG Wholesale Mortgage Broking and AFG Home Loans. The AFG Wholesale Mortgage Broking segment includes operating activities, which the Company acts as a wholesale mortgage broker that provides its contracted brokers with administrative and infrastructure support, as well as access to a panel of lenders. The firm receives two types of commission payments on loans originated through its network, which includes upfront commissions on settled loans and trail commissions on the loan book. AFG Home Loans segment offers its branded mortgage products. The segment earns fees for services in the form of upfront and trail commissions, and net interest margin on its securitization program.
