Boss Energy Ltd. engages in the exploration of gold and uranium projects. The company is headquartered in Subiaco, Western Australia. The company went IPO on 2007-07-25. The Honeymoon Uranium Project is located approximately 80 kilometer (km) north-west from the town of Broken Hill, near the border with New South Wales. The project covers an area of approximately 2,595 square kilometers (km2), consisting of one granted mining license ML6109, five granted exploration licenses, three retention leases and two miscellaneous purpose licenses. The company also includes crown lease CL18063, which covers the area of the Honeymoon mine site.
