The company went IPO on 2010-09-21. The Company’s projects include Noombenberry Halloysite Project, Yarara Copper-Gold Project, Burdette - Manildra Gold project, Boree Creek Project, The Gundagai Project, Catamarca Lithium Project, Salinas Lithium Project and MT03 Copper project. Noombenberry Halloysite Project is located approximately 300 kilometers (km) from Perth Western Australia. The Project comprises seven granted exploration licenses covering an area of approximately 567 square kilometer (km2) over a strike extent of 106 km. The Yarara Gold Project is located approximately 70 km east of Albury in New South Wales, within the Lachlan Fold Belt. The Burdette - Manildra Gold Project is located approximately 30 km west of Orange, New South Wales. The firm holds exploration concessions in San Luis Province, Central Argentina.
