The firm is engaged in the provision of investment management products and services to investors globally through wholly owned subsidiary Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC((Lighthouse) and investment in a portfolio of minority interests in six alternative asset management companies. The firm operates through two segments: Lighthouse Group and NGI Strategic Group. Lighthouse Group operates as a global absolute return funds manager for investment vehicle.
