Volt Resources Ltd. is a graphite exploration company. The company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. The company went IPO on 2003-12-19. Volt is a graphite producer, developer, and gold exploration and holds a 70% controlling interest in the Zavalievsky Graphite business in Ukraine. Volt is also developing its wholly owned Bunyu Graphite project in Tanzania, as well as gold exploration in Guinea. Volt's Bunyu Graphite project is located near critical infrastructure with sealed roads running through the project area and ready access to the deep-water port of Mtwara 140 kilometers from the Project. The firm's Guinea Gold Projects include six permits in Guinea, West Africa having a total area of 348 kilometers. The Company’s projects are located in the prolific Siguiri Basin that forms part of the richly mineralized West African Birimian Gold Belt.
