Production: Energy production rose 2% year-on-year to 2,365 GWh, driven by strong performance at the Delta Cluster.
Profitability: Adjusted gross energy profit increased 16% year-on-year to BRL 588.5 million, with strong contributions from new contracts and a record energy platform result.
EBITDA: Adjusted EBITDA climbed 26% to BRL 421.6 million, aided by higher profits and a BRL 14 million reduction in operating expenses.
Cash Flow: Operating cash flow improved 34% year-on-year to BRL 375.5 million.
Leverage: Net debt to EBITDA decreased to 4.4x, down 0.1 quarter-on-quarter.
Curtailment: Management flagged ongoing curtailment risks, budgeting BRL 30 million in potential losses for the second half, but sees possible regulatory solutions ahead.
Delisting: The delisting process advanced with strong shareholder support; completion is expected by the third quarter of 2025.
