Earnings Calls
Last Earnings Call
Strong half: ForFarmers said the first 6 months of 2026 were “extremely” satisfying, with continued strong results, further market-share gains, and a more than 5% increase in total volume.
Profit jump: Underlying EBITDA rose close to 40%, underlying EBIT increased 60%, and underlying net profit climbed from EUR 23 million to EUR 37 million.
Mixed markets: Management said conditions turned more volatile, with higher energy and raw material prices, low water levels in the Netherlands, and lingering animal-disease effects weighing on some volumes.
Country strength: The Netherlands, Germany, and Poland were highlights; the U.K. remained satisfactory but weaker than an exceptionally strong 2025.
Strategy continues: The company is pushing further into chain integration, especially in poultry, while also expanding capacity in Poland and strengthening its position in Germany and the U.K.
Balance sheet: Net debt stayed very low at EUR 22.4 million, leaving room for M&A even after acquisition-related spending and planned installments linked to the KPS deal.
