Aminex PLC is an oil and gas exploration and development company. It looks for natural gas and oil reserves, tests whether they can be produced commercially, and helps move projects from discovery toward production. Its main assets have been in Tanzania, where it has focused on gas fields and related development work.
The company does not sell consumer products. It makes money by finding energy resources, helping develop them, and ultimately earning value from gas production rights, asset sales, farm-down deals, or other project-level agreements with larger partners and buyers. Its customers and counterparties are mainly energy companies, infrastructure partners, and government bodies involved in licensing and production.
What makes Aminex different is that it sits very early in the energy value chain. Instead of refining or distributing fuel, it takes on the risk of exploration and appraisal, then works to prove up reserves that can feed local power generation and industrial gas demand. That means its business depends heavily on geology, permitting, and project execution rather than on selling a finished commodity to end users.

Stock intrinsic value is the real worth of a company's stock, based on its financial health and performance.
Instead of looking at the stock's current market price, which can change due to people's opinions and emotions, intrinsic value helps us understand if a stock is truly a good deal or not.
By focusing on the company's actual financial strength, like its earnings and debts, we can make better decisions about which stocks to buy and when.
