Revenue: Enviri's full year 2025 revenue was $2.2 billion, with 4% growth at Clean Earth, offset by declines at Harsco Environmental and Rail.
EBITDA: Adjusted EBITDA for 2025 was $275 million; Harsco Environmental and Clean Earth performed well, while Rail posted losses.
Clean Earth Sale: The midyear closing for the Clean Earth sale is targeted, with a cash payout range of $14.50 to $16.50 still in place.
