ROLONTIS (eflapegrastim injection), is a long-acting granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) for chemotherapy-induced neutropenia. Poziotinib, is a pan-HER inhibitor that irreversibly blocks signaling through the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) family of tyrosine-kinase receptors, including HER1 (erbB1; EGFR), HER2 (erbB2), HER4 (erbB4), and HER receptor mutations. Anti-CD20-IFNa, is an antibody-interferon fusion molecule directed against CD20 that is in Phase I development for treating relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) patients.
