The Hotels segment operates Grand Hyatt Beijing in Beijing and Sofitel Shenyang Lido in Shenyang. The Chongqing Property segment rents the shopping mall, car parking spaces and offices in Metropolitan Oriental Plaza in Chongqing. The REIT is managed by Hui Xian Asset Management Limited.
