The properties are anchored by national tenants, such as Shoprite, Pep, Ackermans and Mr Price, and, secondly, Cravenby Shopping Centre, which is a convenience shopping center of approximately 3,301 m2 , located in Goodwood, Cape Town, anchor tenanted by Shoprite and Pep.
