The firm's portfolio consists of two properties, namely Pier 14 Shopping Centre and Pier 14 Living in Govan Mbeki Road, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), which is a small regional shopping center with approximately 29 690 square meter (m2) of rentable space. The properties are anchored by national tenants, such as Shoprite, Pep, Ackermans and Mr Price, and, secondly, Cravenby Shopping Centre, which is a convenience shopping center of approximately 3,301 m2 , located in Goodwood, Cape Town, anchor tenanted by Shoprite and Pep.
