Investec Property Fund Ltd. engages in the distribution of dividend growth derived from net property income and a portfolio of real estate. The company is headquartered in Sandton, Gauteng and currently employs 26 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2011-04-14. The Fund's investment portfolio is made up of direct and indirect real estate investments in South Africa (SA) and Europe. In South Africa, the Fund directly owns a portfolio of 86 properties diversified across the retail, industrial and office sectors. In Europe, the Fund owns an effective 65% interest in a Pan-European portfolio of 48 logistics properties. The company is comprised of five segments SA Retail, consists of 25 properties, comprising shopping centers as well as retail warehouses, motor dealerships and high street properties; SA Office, consists of 30 properties which includes P, A and B grade office space; SA Industrial consists of 31 properties which includes warehousing, standard units, high grade industrial, high-tech industrial and manufacturing; Europe and the South Africa. The Fund is managed by Investec Property Proprietary Limited.
