Revenue Growth: Cerillion delivered 20% revenue growth in FY23, continuing a trend of accelerating top-line expansion driven by success with larger telco customers.
Profitability: Adjusted EBITDA rose 32% and adjusted pre-tax profit increased 41%, outpacing revenue growth due to higher license revenue and strong operating leverage.
Margins: Gross margin hit 78.6% and EBITDA margin reached 46.2%, benefiting from a greater software and license revenue mix.
Order Book and Pipeline: The backlog reached a new record of GBP 52.5 million after a major new Tier 1 contract, positioning the company well for FY24.
Existing Customer Strength: Sales to existing customers surged 85% to nearly GBP 31 million, highlighting strong repeat demand.
Cash Position and Dividend: Net cash climbed 22% to GBP 24.7 million, supporting a total dividend of 11.3p per share.
Guidance Coverage: Management expects 70–75% of FY24 revenue is already covered by backlog and renewals, providing high visibility.
