Revenue Growth: Transense saw strong revenue growth of 36% year-on-year, with nearly GBP 2.5 million in the first half, driven by both SAWsense and Translogik.
Margins & Investment: Gross margins improved sharply to 72% (from 61%) excluding iTrack, but operating costs rose 73% due to headcount and facility expansion, resulting in lower profit before tax and operating margin.
Profitability: Despite higher costs, EBITDA and PBT remained nearly unchanged versus last year, as investments are expected to support future growth.
Segment Performance: SAWsense revenue surged 360% to GBP 380,000; Translogik grew 7% to over GBP 0.5 million; iTrack royalties increased by 26%.
Outlook: Management expects a near doubling of SAWsense and Translogik revenues in H2, with cost base now largely set for future growth.

Cash & Funding: Ended H1 with just under GBP 1.2 million in cash, rising to nearly GBP 1.9 million after royalty receipt; new capex being largely asset-financed.
