The firm is a parent of Grupo Cevasa, a group which comprises such controlled entities as Cevasa Patrimonio en Alquiler SLU, Cevasa Hoteles SLU, Cevasa Proyectos Inmobiliarios SLU, Cevasa Inversiones Mobiliarias SLU and Cevasa-Teyco SL, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Restaura SL was the Company’s major shareholder with 21.99% of its interest.
