Its platform leverages the biology of EBV T cells and has the capability to treat a range of EBV-driven diseases or other serious diseases through engineered chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) or T-cell receptors (TCRs). The Company’s pipeline products include Tab-cel, ATA188, ATA2271, ATA3271 and ATA3219. The Company’s T-cell immunotherapy, tab-cel (tabelecleucel), is in Phase III development for patients with EBV-driven post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease (EBV+ PTLD) who have failed rituximab or rituximab plus chemotherapy, as well as other EBV-driven diseases. Its ATA188 is a T-cell immunotherapy for the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
