Its lead product candidate, CTX-471, is a monoclonal antibody agonist of CD137, a co-stimulatory receptor on immune cells. Its second product candidate, CTX-8371, is a bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets both PD-1 and PD-L1, the targets of checkpoint inhibitor antibodies. In addition to CTX-471 and CTX-8371, It is also developing a portfolio of bispecific and monoclonal antibody product candidates, which are in preclinical development. Its product candidate, CTX-009, is an anti-DLL4 x VEGF-A bispecific antibody, which has added to its pipeline through Trigr Therapeutics, Inc. (TRIGR).
