Revenue Growth: Gilat reported Q3 2025 revenue of $117.7 million, up 58% year-over-year and 19% sequentially, reflecting strong momentum in its commercial and Peru businesses.
Guidance Raised: Management narrowed and raised full-year 2025 guidance, now targeting revenue between $445 million and $455 million and adjusted EBITDA of $51 million to $53 million.
Stellar Blu Progress: Stellar Blu production is ramping up, with over 350 aircraft now equipped and a $60 million new order secured; gross margins are still below target but expected to improve in 2026.
Strong Peru Performance: Gilat Peru secured $85 million in new awards this quarter, which are incremental to existing contracts, supporting future digital inclusion initiatives.
Commercial Segment Surge: Commercial revenue more than doubled from last year on strong in-flight connectivity demand and major SkyEdge IV platform wins.
Defense Pipeline: Defense revenue was down year-on-year due to program transitions but the segment secured over $14 million in new U.S. orders and is expected to grow as new programs ramp.
