The firm is developing orally available, small molecule compounds that inhibit the interaction between the proteins menin and MLL for the treatment of MLL-rearranged (MML-r) leukemias, a genetically-defined subset of approximately two forms of acute leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic.
