The company is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and currently employs 290 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2020-07-20. The firm owns and operates omni-channel grocery-anchored shopping centers. The Company’s principal business is the ownership and operation of community and neighborhood shopping centers. Additionally, it operates a third-party investment management business providing property management and advisory services to unconsolidated joint ventures and one private fund (collectively, the Managed Funds). The Company’s portfolio primarily consists of neighborhood centers anchored by the #1 or #2 grocer tenants by sales within their respective formats by trade area. Its centers feature a mix of national and regional retailers providing goods and services throughout the United States. The firm manages approximately 291 shopping centers, including 270 wholly owned centers comprising approximately 30.9 million square feet across 31 states, and approximately 21 shopping centers owned in two institutional joint ventures.
