The lead IO Anticalin-based drug candidate in its pipeline, cinrebafusp alfa, which is designed to target the immune receptor 4-1BB and the tumor target HER2. Cinrebafusp alfa is a genetic fusion of a variant of an HER2-targeting antibody with an Anticalin protein.
