Its TERN-201 is an inhibitor of vascular adhesion protein-1 (VAP-1) that has demonstrated target engagement in clinical trials. Its TERN-601 is its small-molecule Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor (GLP-1R) agonist program that is intended to be orally administered for NASH and obesity.
