Revenue: TTEC reported third quarter 2025 revenue of $519 million, down 1.9% year-over-year.
Profitability: Adjusted EBITDA was $43 million (8.4% margin), and operating income was $29 million, both down from last year but in line with expectations.
Segment Dynamics: Engage segment revenue declined 4%, while Digital grew 5.4%, boosted by product resales; recurring managed services revenue in Digital declined due to legacy product end-of-life.
