Its commercial portfolio consists of two products, such as HETLIOZ (tasimelteon) and Fanapt (iloperidone). Tasimelteon is used for the treatment of jet lag disorder, delayed sleep phase disorder (DSPD), symptoms of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and pediatric Non-24-Hour Sleep-Wake Disorder (Non-24). Iloperidone is used for the treatment of bipolar disorder and Parkinson's disease psychosis and is a long acting injectable (LAI) formulation for the treatment of schizophrenia. Its other product pipeline includes Tradipitant (VLY-686), VTR-297, VSJ-110 and BPO-27. VLY-686, is for the treatment of gastroparesis, motion sickness, atopic dermatitis, and COVID-19 pneumonia. VTR-297, is for the treatment of hematologic malignancies and use as a treatment for oncology indications. Its other products include VQW-765 and VHX-896.
