Revenue: Dev Information Technology said Q4 total income rose 8.1% year on year to INR 56 crores, while full-year total income reached about INR 193.50 crores, in line with management’s earlier INR 190 crores to INR 200 crores target range.
Profitability: Q4 EBITDA jumped 68.5% to INR 5.04 crores and EBITDA margin improved to 8.99% from 5.77%, but management said full-year margins were pressured by lower-margin India work, integration costs and higher investment in people and delivery.
Strategy: The company spent much of the year reshaping itself around North America presence, enterprise customers and its ABCV focus areas — AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, cloud, data and data center.
Partnerships: DEV IT highlighted the XDuce alliance and the UCI agreement as key steps to build on-site presence in the U.S. and create a stronger pipeline for enterprise deals.
Products: The Board approved moving Talligence and ByteSIGNER into Byte Technosys for about INR 11.90 crores, which management said should let DEV IT focus on services while the product business gets a better home for investment and partnerships.
Outlook: Management expects around INR 200 crores of revenue in the current year and then 15% to 20% growth next year, helped by integration work, more international business and higher-value Microsoft-led opportunities.
