Order Book: HCC reported a diversified order book of INR 13,000 crores, with no slow-moving projects.
Revenue & Profit: Quarterly turnover reached INR 921 crores, with standalone profit of nearly INR 86 crores and strong EBITDA margins above 15%.
Debt Reduction: The company prepaid INR 680 crores in debt during the year and aims to reduce total debt to INR 1,950 crores by March, with a goal to be debt free in 2–3 years.
Rights Issue: The INR 1,000 crores rights issue was 200% subscribed, providing substantial liquidity.
Project Pipeline: HCC holds L1 position on INR 2,700 crores of projects, has bids totaling INR 36,000 crores under evaluation, and a pipeline of INR 54,000 crores.
Nuclear & Metro Projects: New opportunities in nuclear power (Mahi Banswara, Chutka—each INR 8,000–9,000 crores) and ongoing progress on Patna and Indore Metro projects highlighted.
