Revenue: Revenue for the quarter was INR 213.51 crores, slightly down sequentially but up from INR 202.2 crores year-on-year.
Profit Decline: Net profit dropped to INR 26.29 crores from INR 35.20 crores last quarter and INR 33.06 crores a year ago.
Margin Pressure: Higher delivery and employee costs, along with increased marketing spend, impacted margins and EBITDA, which fell to INR 23.09 crores from INR 33.74 crores quarter-on-quarter.
Order Book: Order book stood at INR 671.10 crores, down from INR 703.16 crores last quarter.
Client Base: Only one new client (logo) was added this quarter, with two for the half year; 80–90% of revenue comes from existing/annuity business.
Product Rollout: Management highlighted the upcoming FinnOne Neo GA release, featuring new AI-enabled capabilities.
Sales Focus: The company is rebuilding its sales organization, hiring regional heads and a global alliance head to accelerate growth.
Upgrade Challenge: Migration from FinnOne to FinnOne Neo remains slow due to customer inertia and complexity, not pricing.
