Revenue: Quarterly revenue was INR 313.5 crores, down 0.9% year-on-year, with 9-month revenue at INR 817.6 crores, also slightly lower than last year.
Margins: Margins were significantly pressured, with EBITDA down 32% YoY in Q3 and PAT margin dropping to 5.2% from 7.5%.
PAT: Net profit for Q3 was INR 16.2 crores, down 32% YoY, and for 9 months was INR 36.2 crores, down 31%.
Competitive Pricing: Aggressive trade discounts and schemes (now around 12%) drove pricing pressure and margin declines.
Exports & Channels: Exports grew 28% YoY, now 4% of revenue, and modern trade including e-commerce contributed 6% of 9-month revenues.
Outlook: Management expects price pressure to persist for another 2–3 quarters but remains focused on operational efficiency, channel expansion, and new products.
