Muted Sales: Q3 sales remained flat, with like-for-like sales declining in October, growing in November, and staying flat in December due to early festive shifts, pollution, and cautious consumer sentiment.
EBITDA Decline: EBITDA before one-off costs fell 24%, mainly due to deliberate investments in customer acquisition, marketing, and tech, plus a one-off INR 17.5 crore labor code expense.
Premiumization: The premium and premium-plus mix rose from 65% to 69%, with strong growth in non-apparel categories and loyalty-driven sales reaching 84%.
Beauty & Distribution Strength: Beauty sales grew 14% and the distribution business revenue jumped 58% to INR 122 crores, showing strong execution and portfolio expansion.
Intune Losses Narrowing: Intune value format saw 22% YoY growth but remains loss-making; management expects losses to reduce to INR 20–25 crores in FY '27, with profitability targeted from FY '28.
Inventory & Debt Reduction: Inventory was reduced by INR 122 crores and net debt lowered by INR 159 crores YoY, with a year-end net debt target of INR 150–160 crores.
Guidance: FY '27 revenue growth expected in the mid-teens (12–15%), with Q4 and full-year FY '26 sales growth guided to mid-single digits and EBITDA margins in low single digits.
