The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and currently employs 1,600 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2017-05-18. Through the marketplace, dealer websites and other digital products, the Company showcases dealer inventory, connects, elevate and amplify the brands of both dealers and automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), connect sellers with the Company's ready-to-buy audience and provides shoppers with the resources and information they needed to make car buying decisions. Through its marketplace product the Company sells marketplace subscription advertising to dealer customers, which allow its dealer customers to showcase their available new and used vehicle inventory to its audience of in-market car shoppers. Through social media platforms it sells cars by launching multiple solutions for both dealers and OEMs to connect with in-market car shoppers on social media platforms, expanding their opportunity to sell more cars.
