The company is headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland and currently employs 14,000 full-time employees. The firm operates through two business segments: Consumer and Flavor Solutions. In Consumer segment, it sells its products under the McCormick brand and a variety of brands around the world, including French's, Frank's RedHot, Lawry’s, Zatarain’s, Simply Asia, Thai Kitchen, Ducros, Vahine, Cholula, Schwartz, Club House, Kamis, DaQiao, Drogheria & Alimentari, Stubb's, OLD BAY and Gourmet Garden. In Flavor Solutions segment, the Company provides a range of products to multinational food manufacturers and foodservice customers. Its sales, distribution and production facilities are located in North America, Europe and China, and additional facilities are based in Australia, Central America, Thailand and South Africa.
