Revenue: Skillz reported $30 million of revenue in Q4, up 11% sequentially and 67% year over year, marking four straight quarters of sequential growth and two straight quarters of year-over-year growth.
Profitability: Adjusted EBITDA loss improved to $10 million in Q4 and $51 million for the full year, with management highlighting a steady path toward profitability.
RZR momentum: The RZR ad tech business delivered 146% net revenue growth in 2025 and generated positive adjusted EBITDA for the full year for the first time since the acquisition.
User trends: Paying monthly active users fell to 141,000 in Q4, down 9% from Q3, and management linked the decline to a larger game partner leaving the platform and a technical issue that affected engagement and marketing tools.
Balance sheet: The company ended Q4 with $195 million in cash and cash equivalents and $130 million of debt now classified as current, and it is evaluating strategic alternatives as maturity nears.
Litigation: Skillz said the Papaya Gaming trial is set for April 13, 2026, and noted it has already received $65 million from the AviaGame settlement, with two more $7.5 million payments expected in 2027 and 2028.
